Sesamoid Injuries: Consider Dr Jill's Dancer's Pads to Off Weight

Comment off of my YouTube Channel on Sesamoids:

Jill's Dancer's Pads were a life saver for me! They greatly reduced my pain and allowed me to continue to get around. They stick to your feet so they will stay in place and fit into shoes, and they're washable. Don't get the extra thickness. The regular thickness works best.

  1. I have been dealing with sesamoiditis/fracture. It has been over 6 months and I am now doing some walking but had a few flare ups when increasing step count or doing PT exercises. Wondering your suggestions how to progress exercises? I saw your videos on strengthening the ankle/toe exercises and balancing exercises but when could we start doing them? Is it ok to do them if there is some pain/discomfort? When do you progress from flat footed to heel raises? Thanks!
