I have been dealing with sesamoiditis/fracture. It has been over 6 months and I am now doing some walking but had a few flare ups when increasing step count or doing PT exercises. Wondering your suggestions how to progress exercises? I saw your videos on strengthening the ankle/toe exercises and balancing exercises but when could we start doing them? Is it ok to do them if there is some pain/discomfort? When do you progress from flat footed to heel raises? Thanks!
