Beginning Hamstring Strengthening: Make One Part of Your Routine
I love Doctor Jo and follow her videos all the time. Here she goes through some of the simplest, but very effective, hamstring strengthening exercises to put into your home programs. These should include bridging, active range of motion standing, squats and lunges. I would go through these, make at least one a routine, before I would add resistance which takes the hamstring exercise to the next level.
