Good Food for Type II Diabetes

As a podiatrist, I am always trying to help patients with Diabetes keep their feet healthy. Here is a list of 9 foods that patients with Type II Diabetes should be helped by. They are:
  1. Beans
  2. Oatmeal
  3. Fish (in general)
  4. Nonfat Yogurt
  5. Almonds
  6. Nonstarchy Veggies
  7. Wild Salmon
  8. Egg Whites
  9. Avocado
