This is a medical article that can be summarized by saying: Medial Knee Joint Arthritis can be helped by designing custom foot orthotic devices with valgus wedging. I have had hundreds of these patients helped over the years. I work in an orthopedic based clinic, so knee problems are seen quite frequently. My job is to change the mechanics hopefully slowing down the need or preventing the need for a knee replacement.
