Adding to Shoe Stability with simple inserts

     There are so many times you wish the shoe was just slightly more stable with or without orthotic devices. This is a simple trick that lasts longer than the shoe's life, and can improve the stability desired immensely. 

A Simple Varus wedge can be taped (initially) or glued into the shoe to improve pronation control. I typically use 1/8 inch grinding rubber from JMS plastics for this purpose. 

Here the varus wedge is applied internally and will be taped down
