I am so grateful for this video. I've gone from maxing out at 15 miles due to the pain to being able to run 26-30 miles. More than I ever thought I could do. Many thanks for creating this video!!

does this work for the pinky toe or at the neck of the 5th metatarsal? Im hoping to KT tape it but im not sure how. Please reply and thanks for the video!
ReplyDeleteI would try KT circumferentially around the foot as in this video. The tape has to cover the injured area. Hope it helps you. Rich

Where can I find the tape used at the beginning of the video? What is the name of the tape? Thank you.

DeleteFound it. I'm going to be attempting to tape my foot by myself but it looks like a better solution than the flexible clear tape I have been using as suggested by my podiatrist. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI have pain in my 2nd meta when trying to move it downward motion as well as upward. I would say more so downward. Is this common ? the last knuckle in that toe is also very painful to bend
ReplyDeleteYes, when there are joint restrictions it can hurt either way. Rich

ReplyDeleteGood Day. I think this video might save my running life! However, I need the tape on the third metatarsal. Is it the same technique but around the third toe? Thanks! :)
